My guess is the top of the back seat and the engine cover vinyls don't match. Yes it would

=D

Its not that they dont match, its the difference between brand new ones, and the original from 2006...

Is it worth $500...

I have all 3 new louge seats / corner seats being replaced, as well as the motor cover. The rest of the seats are in great condition (bow, observer etc...) They show slight wear / age but not as drastic...

I was going to guess that the engine was in the wrong place and that it was installed backwards, but I guess I would have been incorrect, or maybe just "Old School" :D:D

Your interior looks to be the same color as my Maristar. I have a seam that is seperating from everyone stepping in the same seat when they get in the boat from the dock. I've always thought that my vinyl just looked "dirty", but my upholstery guy dug around and pulled out a scrap piece that matched perfectly. He said it would be no problem to match.
