I'm going to post things as I do them to my '96 225 VRS. I need motivation to keep them going, and I've gain so much knowledge from this forum. It's time to give back, if that's even possible. I have plenty of things to do, but for now I'll post some of the minor things I've already done.

gelcoat restore was a piece of cake. The descriptions on TT gave me all the info I needed. Here are the pics of that. I'm not sure if the images will attach correctly or not.

Yikes look at the color it needs to be!

After the first swipe with the Meguires compound. Left is the haze, right is unwaxed, but compounded.

Okay, the images weren't too bad, I'll add more when I get to my camera card tonight. I added the ND tower in 2009, and the ND bimini a year later. Replaced the stereo twice now, need to get to the speakers next.
I want to:
Add decals back to the sides
Remove the center pylon
Replace the rub rail (photos on that soon)
Replace the back rubber matting, bubbling and torn
Replace carpet
Replace some or maybe all the vinyl. (photos on that soon too)
Add sacs to the left and right of engine compartment

I'm sure there is more, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
