Does anyone know a specific current brand marine stereo and enclosure that will fit the stock 8.5w x 2.75h dash cut out. It had a Jenson jsm96 model stereo and enclosure in it that did not quite fit right. Too loose. All the Jenson new ones I saw on their website with enclosure the cut out is larger than the existing one. Original cut out is 8.5w x 2.75h with outer flange area able to accommodate 9.25w x 3.75h total area to work with. I did a search but no luck with a new up to date available stereo's. Thanks

Single DIN with a splash cover from academy will almost cover all installs, some modifying is almost always required...

Thanks for the info. Can you tell me locate academy for splash cover? The wiring is no problem I just dont have the room to exceed the sunkin 9.25x3.75 area.

Still no luck. All the splash covers specs are larger than the sunkin recessed area.
