Mfg of Hydralic Brake Actuator 2003 MC Trailer

I am looking for a manual for the Brake Actuator on my Oct 2003 Mastercraft trailer. The calipers are Reliable not UFP. It doesn't appear to have a UFP actuator so I am wondering if anyone know what that actuator manufacturer would be.

For a 2004 Prostar 209 (trailer MFG date is Oct 2003).
