Maybe this has been asked before, but I didnt see a thread. I don't wakeboard, bad knees, hurts like hell, but my brother and sister-in-law both do and are very good. My brother gets tons of air and can do some tricks, but has problems when attempting flips, barrel rolls, etc. I have a fat sack that I fill to make a bigger wake, but I think I am pulling him too slow, 21 mph. He doesnt think so. So I am asking you experienced wakeboarders your opinion, is that too slow???

Looks like you have a 197. The faster you go, the smaller your wake will be so 21 with your boat may be a good speed. Most of my friends go 22-23 behind my x-star with 2000# ballast. It's really up to the rider.

Probably fine on the speed. Typically once you start doing flips, inverts etc... it comes down to technique and not so much the wake, speed and so on.

I have seen guys pull tricks from 19mph to 24mph just depends on the rider.
