So a friend of mine is selling his X-Star and is having me give him a hand with selling it. Had it detailed last week and finally got around to taking pictures today. It is truly amazing what beautiful pieces of art these boats are. I love Mastercraft Boats. Let me know what you think of the pics as I am planning on putting the boat on Boattrader.com later this week. In case your wondering, he is asking 75k for it.

Sick-looking boat. The pics are great. The first pic in the second post looks photo-shopped everything is shining so much. Well done.

That photo is the least photo shopped of all the pics. The only editing done in general was to eliminate the glare. The white on black is really hard to shoot and make it look good.

Pretty boat....post it on the marketplace here.

Good luck with the sale. What's next for him?

Both sick boats. I can't decide right now which one I like better:

While the boat I am selling is a year older, it has the 8.1L 450 HP engine. More power = better :)

I think I got him sold on a 2012 X-25. While he loves the X-Star, his only regret is that it doesn't surf that well without 4,000 lbs of ballast.

That 40th is about a half mile down river from me and every time it was out, nothing but inverts. How does it only have 80hrs?!?. Maybe selling ahead of the new X-Star? Anyway, nice 07, but if you want to move it, should be more like low 60's.

I do love the 40th graphic scheme, I give you that. While I didn't set the price on this Star, I am pretty confident that I will be able to find a buyer for somewhere between 70-75k. The boat only has 157 hours and it has every option offered for 07' on the X-Star. When compared to regular X-Stars floating around, it is priced substantially higher, but am hoping the largest engine offered and "PWT" edition can command more money. Worst case, I talk the owner into lowering the price in a few weeks if I don't get any bites.

I sold my stern drive boat 2 moths ago in anticipation for hopefully being able to purchase a X-25 myself later in the year, or I would buy this boat myself.

Yes, all the Mastercraft Pro Team members.

Yes, sold it yesterday for 65k.

65k is a good price. PWT is a tough up sale to someone other than the original buyer.
