Longshot, but: I have a thriving little coffee shop that I'm looking to sell in New Braunfels, TX - we gross between 8-9k with solid growth as we've only been open for 6 months. However, instead of an outright sell, I would entertain a trade/partial trade for a MC (only MCs). Broker has it listed at $79.9k. Again, know its a longshot, but if you'd like to get into business for yourself, this might be up your alley.

Wow. When my job sucks, or stresses me out, I think about the fact it allows me to own a MasterCraft. I can't even fathom trading my job for a MasterCraft.

It sounds to me it is in NB, TX .......... Good Luck, just remember you will still need a job after you get a MC just to pay for the gas. LOL ;)

Got that much. :) Was just wondering what the address was. My brother in law lives there and we are going to be there in two weeks.

Cool. My in laws are in that neighborhood just south and across 46 from there. I have no boat to trade, but maybe my BIL will trade you his 99 Supra comp straight across. ;)

Good luck all the same.
