I need to replace the winch on my 1992 Dorsey Trailer. I see a number of winches out there, what is the correct one?? Where should I get it from?

Which ever wench you get, make sure she can cook good. If she has a good looking sister, that would be even better.
Are we talking about the same thing?:D

Thanks George. I went to their site and downloaded the parts catalog. I see three different winches, which one is right??
Fulton 600lb, Fulton 1300 lb, or one of the Dutton-Lainsons??
I think it's the Dutton-Lainson, but which model??

Where would I find a replacement winch online for a 1996 Mastercraft Trailer? My current one is not in the greatest condition, and I would like to replace it in the near future.

Any winches should work but i would recommend getting one capable for the size of your boat. one atleast 1500 lbs More if you can find one.I just broke by 1500 lb one pull my S&s out ofthe water in a rather shallow part. THat was mostly pulling it across the runners. IT scared the **** out of me when it broke. They are usually universal.

I agree, you get what you pay for. Make sure you get something that's going to hold up.
