Baby, in life jacket, playing on "playmat" ... lots of skiing. Who would have ever imagined.

No more drinking for me. We do a lot more watersports than partying and some fishing here and there!

Matt, I think that pic pretty much sums up/ends the "which is the best ski boat for someone with young kids, 14DD or 14V?" debate.

that is a great picture ... puts the right things in life in perspective ... funny in that we were there not too long ago and now our kids are 13 and 10

Chad, thats a great point I had not thought of~ Yeah, V provides a lot of great room for everyone to spread out... no doubt what-so-ever. Easy compromise for a little more bump on the wake cross.

One more point I'm looking forward to is I will soon have my own self contained "crew." In 3-4 years I'll have my driver, spotter, and skier all in the family.

Cool pic.
I have twin 10 year old sons. For my wife and I it's all about making memories. We'll spend a day on the water just hanging out -- skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, fishing, kneeboarding, tubing, eating, listening to tunes or cruising -- and then reminisce about it and look at pictures/videos during the long cold winter months.
20 years from now I hope they do the same things with their kids.

Yeah, she loves it! Haven't gone without the rope with her yet, but I did with my 3 year old nephew and it was pretty cool. They never even have to get wet. Just drop off the platform and then hop back on when done.

If we were intelligent, we'd all have gotten vasectomies at age 16 and never told our future ex wives...

coming from a 21 year old kid who was literally raised on the water... I know i will do the same thing with my kids. some of my fondest memories have been with my family on one of our boats (in 24 years my parents have had 5). i'm sure my little sister and little brother would say the same. a lot of people always ask how our family is so close and the response is always "we do stuff together." and come summer, that "stuff" we do is boat. it makes me really happy when i see kids enjoying boating with their parents. i've learned a lot of life lessons doing this kind of stuff and i wouldn't trade it for anything

sorry for getting sappy but having boating is a major part of my life and i love every minute of it

HA. Once all the skiers die off, there would only be tubers left on the water.

Big joke now, but every time I see the lady that wanted it, I ask her if she'll pull me on a tube, or ask her if I can pull her on one since I'm a pro tube puller now...
