Basically you can't put too much weight in the front of this boat. I use the bow triangle as full as I can get it. I don't really have any good photos, so here's a quick video I threw together, nothing special, but will give you an idea. In addition I run 500's in the rear and factory center, but at the time of this video I only had 280's in the rear, so its a little bigger now. I put a super slomo at the end so you can get some perspective next to me, and I'm 6'2".
This is 75' at 24.5 MPH.

ya thats what i noticed even with no ballast filled and 10 people in boat the front rides really high out of the water and really hard to maintain speed without my perfect pass on. Are you using integrated bow sack or one that is no top of seats?

It's the triangle that sits on top of the seats. It probably holds 500+ lbs more than the IBS because there isn't room for the IBS to fill to capacity. The nice thing now is that I don't have to force people to sit up front any more.

How do u keep it from falling I'n between the seats?

Also I have a 550# bag that I am going to try to put On the floor and see how that works as a temp fix

I bundle up four of the orange vests with nylon straps with buckles from REI and set them under. Works perfectly and makes storing those vests easy. Yeah, start with the 550 up there and then add people to the bow as a way to test how much weight you like in front. That 550 will probably only fill to 400 or so in the walkway so keep that in mind.

(2) 400lbs in the nose one in the walkway one across the seats
(1) 370lbs in the ski locker (stock bag)
(2) 750 in each storage compartment in the back...
2 - 8 people...
