Cleaning Oil Spill out of fiberglass bottom

I had a mechanic change my oil this spring and he must not have been too bright because he let the oil drain right onto my fiberglass and out the plug hole which is located at the rear of the boat below the platform. (1979 style)

1. What do you guys think is the best thing to clean this up? Dawn?

2. To prevent this in the future I have decided to change my own oil. Do I need to suck it out of the dip stick hole? What is the best way to do this?

Carb cleaner works awesome followed up with a hose.

As for the oil change I have one of those little electric pumps. It works great on my boat. I know a guy up here with a Supra Big Block and it didn't work for his boat though.
