Pilon mount?

Does anyone happen to have a pic of the bilge area where the pilon sits. Currently I have mine secure enough to ski with but I've always been curious to see how they were mounted from the factory. When I purchased the boat the pilon was loose and I could pull it straight out by hand. I think the original owner just left it sit unsecured like this judging by the upper support beam hole that is larger than it should be.
