I am installing Gt40p's on my 1992 prostar 351w What spark plug should I run? I searched but couldn't find anything.

Use the original number plugs

Make sure that you drill the 7/16" (p) head bolt holes to 1/2". P heads were on a 302 ci and need the 1/2" head bolts to adapt to a 351w. That's the only difference if you didn't already know.

Yep ordered them on Ebay with the holes drilled out and brass freeze plugs for no extra charge from member Odessa*cylinderhead for $215 a piece, with no core charge, pretty cheap if you ask me. I will let everyone know what kind of quality they are when they get here. Also ordered an Edelbrock performer 2181 to go with them. can't wait to get them all installed

Wow did it ever make a difference!!! I am very happy with the performance. the heads were very nicely done and they shipped really quick, I highly recommend odessa.

were you able to use your rockers and pushrods?

Rockers can be swapped over if coming from another set of pedestal mount Ford heads (like the common E7's). Pushrod length will usually carry over as well, but verify that you can get the proper lifter preload with a reasonable amount of shimming first. As always, inspect the parts closely before reusing them.
