Who has one of those airfoil/wing things on thier boats they put the slalom net on to protect driver? Did you keep it on your boat? How does it mount to the gunnels?

I almost bought one like that before I bought the Nautique. I think the Professor has one.

"safe-t-top" I believe.
BTW, If anyone has one for a 91-94 ps190, I would be interested in buying it.

Hey Greg! For some reason the boats I keep looking at have these. Do you know how they mount to the boat? If you take it off do you have screw holes showing?

jr, looked at an 87 before I bought mine, yes there are screw holes if the wing thing is missing (the one on the 87 was off!

Yep! Not bidding on it, just using it for reference

That really has to make it a pain to move around the boat.

Hey Jeff,
My '98 has one (Safe-T-Top) and a picture is in the showroom area. I seldom use the netting but did have an incident this year with the rope hitting a first-time boat passenger in the face. She was not pleased and I wished I had used it then ... or at least a rope tube. Anyway, you can take off the "t-top" and cover the holes via a step plate. It does give the boat a distinctive look. It does make it more difficult to move around the boat but we are use to it.
