Anyone used that to help with weeds?

Also how big is the shaft on a 2006 X1 so i know which one to order.

It's a rope cutter too! I haven't had a rope in the prop for as long as I can remember, but if you do back over your rope with that thing attached, you better have another rope handy.

Well yea i dont plan on running over my rope!... i do get a lot of weeds on our props from going through the channels and stuff. Usually i can get them removed by doing the reverse trick, but someimtes they get pretty bad...

Are you kidding me? This thing is $400 on ebay. Seriously I can spend the time to remove my own weeds by hand.

Nice thought, but use the money for gas.

yea, i got in touch with some people with a CNC machine and gonna see how much it would cost to make it out of SS. I bet we could get it for much cheaper on a group buy =P

And well yea i can remove weeds too, but at 4 times per riding set it gets kind of annoying...

This type of cutter would work better for cutting weeds. It's very common on boats here on lake pontchartrain, and around the bayous.
