All of the ski guys would be drooling over the lack of wake I imagine! :D

Man, I wish our lake could be that clear.

Great photo.

Almost looks photoshopped, but the slight reflection of the boat in the water and the pickle fork shadow has me convinced it is the real thing.

Its hard to believe there is a place with water that clear.

I've seen the Pacific Ocean that clear, the odd shallow stretch if river but never a lake.

My guess would be that it is some kind of large rock quarry. I have seen water that clear.'it is something with the sulfur or something in the rock.

This could easily be done with the right tools. I've seen some amazing stuff by photo studios for stuff we have sent solid models of and for whole cars they have received CAD models for. One "shot" was a car in a driveway with shrubs on one side that were reflecting on the side of the car. All done with the computer. Fricken amazing. I'm now on the other side of the fence, I don't believe anything anymore...

It is clear water, but I've have to agree. The rocks directly behind the boat have an obvious dark shadow which means the sun isn't directly overhead, and it looks like a bad attempt at adding a shadow beside the boat. I would still like to see water that clear.
