I think a few people have gone with a product called seadek.

When I bought my boat they said you can reorder from MC and you can even personailze the deck....

Those seadeck pads are kinda spendy, but worth it if your get the faux teak, looks awesome!
Have you thought about bedliner/rhino lining the pad area? That would be real durable and reasonably priced I bet.
Anyone jnow what the best adhesive for the rubber to 'glass is?
Factory glue crapped out on mine after 50hrs on the boat (sat in the sun, prev owner). I've tried contact cement and 2 differnt 3M spray adhesives (like contact cement) and none seem to stick very long.

Not sure if it's the same platform, but I just replaced the rubber pad on my 2005 x9 platform. It's a two piece pad. Got it from my dealer for $130. They had to order it from the factory, and apparently there was a very limited supply left.

They will make anything you want. Just make a template and send it in.

If you have the X-1...I believe the 2000 X-star should fit.

True. Just allow lots of time for them to do it. I ordered the template kit in February. Sent it right back in and still haven't received my pad. Should be here in another week they say!

Not a great picture, but this is the only one I could find showing the platform...
