I went to get my boat out of storage this weekend and the trailer jack completley collapsed. It appears the bearing load and moitsure must have rusted out the worm gear in side. I need to get a new jack and wondering if you could help me with a part number or something to reference. It is on my 2002 ProStar 209 and all it says is Fulton 1500lb capacity. It is a single wheel type.

Also-looking at the assembly, the nut is completely behine the jack and I can't even get a socket and wrench because there isn't enough clearance. It also look fairly rusty. Any advice on getting that nut off-special tool, etc? I suppose I could cut the jack off and put an impact on it if I need to. Thanks for help.

Use an open end wrench to get the jack off.

This is your replacement jack:
