The ski locker sack in my 03 x2 has been leaking, and I finally got around to checking it out over the weekend. The bottom fitting has partially separated from the bag. It seems like this fitting would be under a lot of pressure when the bag is full and sitting on top of it, so I would think this is a common problem. Does anyone know whay type of glue I should use to reattach the fitting to the bag?

In case anyone else runs into this issue. I used PL construction adhesive, and it seems to have repaired the leak for now.

It reads like you have found the right stuff. Thanks for sharing!

Once cured, the bond is both weather and waterproof. The adhesive is elastic and remains flexible to expand and contract with bonded material movement to protect the original seal.

I think the best thing to do would be to order a new one. They are like 2 bucks at wakemakers.
