ZeroFlex Tower Clamps...........

I have an '02 PS 209 with the ZeroFlex tower that came from the factory. I need to know the clamp size to get for ordering a new rack for it. I keep my boat about 45 minutes from my house, otherwise I would just go measure it. Does anybody know? I know they upgraded the tower since '02 so the new dimensions I assume are to big. Thanks!

I don't know the size, but if you are needing wakeboard racks, I have 2 that I took off my '03 X-30. Nothing wrong with them, I just replaced them with the '04 style. These are the OE racks that screw into each side of the tower. Let me know if you are interested.

I have an 01 tower and was told the tubing size is 1.875" but have never confirmed it.

BigBarney. I would be interested in those racks. One of mine "fell off" while transporting to the dealer, or someone swiped it. I only found the handle-screw assembly. What price, and do you know the weight, roughly, so I can calculate shipping to Canada.

I will have to weigh them to make sure. A guess right now would be 40 pounds per side. Probably high, but I know these things are heavy. I would like to sell both sides if possible. You would have a spare at least.
