Thinking of making a ski rack for under the bow

I am thinking about and trying to come up with an idea to build a ski rack for under the bow of my 190. I am thinking about making it out of PVC so it will be light weight and I can slide it apart easily if need be. It needs to hold two slalom ski's and a set of combo's, so I have easy access and they are safe and secure.

Any idea's on how to have the ski's setup? I think it would be best to have the slalom's on their sides so the fin will not get bumped. the combo's have a fixed fin and are cheap 67's, not too worried about them.

Hmmmm. I like that idea. Maybe when I need a break from cleaning out the garage this weekend I'll climb in the boat and give it some thought.

Sounds like a great idea, and very doable. Maybe make it a triangle so you could put wakeboards in the middle and skis on the sides.
