So our family finally grew by 1 today...or should I say, by 23'. I am the proud owner of an X-30. I actually haven't seen it in person yet, but the wife fell in love with it at first sight. Oh my, what have I gotten myself into? Let's just hope she made the right call. It was between the X-30 and a Tige Z1. After doing a lot of reading on TT, I'm pretty confident she made the right decision and picked the right one. I look forward to wasting tons of time on TT and tons of money on my MC!

There is no such thing as 'wasting' money on a MasterCraft. But, yes, get ready to flush a lot of your time down the toilet on teamtalk.. :D

Congrats dude!

Welcome to TT. Lots of great people here who love to help other MC owners.

What year X30 did you get? Where in the south are you?

Haha! I should have known better than to say something about a new boat and then not put pics. These are a couple my wife took when she was checking it out. Don't worry, there will be plenty more once I'm back in the states and I can get my hands on this thing.

You know about the X-30's history of leaking muffler bearings right?

Um yeah!.....if you've ever been in a motor home going down a bumpy road with pots and pans in the cabinets....that's what I compare Tige to, at least my friends.....so yes she/you made the right decision. Congrats on the new ride dude :headbang:

seriously, someone did tell you about the special prop wash you need, right? I think your X30 should have the upgraded himulator, but you might want to carry a spare

Someone did suggest that I talk with Doc if I can manage to get back to 1984. Not sure the flux capacitor will work though with the MC in tow...what is the hitch rated on the Delorean anyway???

Wait a minute. Your wife has seen it in person but you haven't?! My wife let me buy a house without her seeing it first, which is probably worse lol. She did like the house though, so I must have done something right. Congrats on the boat.

Yeah, nothing like resurrecting the old ones. Love it. I was thinking...dang that boat looks pretty new for its age and then glanced up at the date...Boat still looks good though even 2 and half years ago!
