I love them.. That would be an ideal project boat, (to find one that needed some TLC)

No doubt in my mind those take more maintenance than the ol' MC.

That guy also mentioned his old "Yellowjacket." My father-in-law had a Yellowjacket just like that one. He sold it to one of his nephews who completely restored it. Got a look at it a few months ago and it's awesome.

Hmmmm...that makes me wonder...
If I mount a propeller on my gas powered weed eater, could I use that on my canoe???

Wow, look at the water that beautiful boat is in. So clear you can see its shadow on the bottom of the lake!
I didn't know water that clean existed.

Hehehehehe, time to get out of the east coast, huh. :uglyhamme
5' or 6' visibility is average around here. There are lakes not far away from here with +20' of visibilty.

Yeah, but what's really important is what kind of wake did they put out? Is there adequate structure to mount a tower and fat seat?

doubt that I would do it to such a beautiful boat, but I bet they are extremely sound.

Leroy, I am very concerned about your first post discussing you looking at other peoples "woodies" :woohoo:
Just kidding!! 8p
Those things are incredible!! I can't imagine the pride in ownership one would have with owning one of those! The amount of upkeep must be incredible

Leroy,
That is a beautiful shot of that Riva. It's amazing how clear that water is. How many times do you see the shadow of a boat on the bottom of the lake. I'll share a few "Woodie's" I saw down in Florida this past spring at the Mt. Dora boat festival.
