Hi there, live in Australia just brought 1995 prostar 190 with injected centrepoint engine
Needing boat for barefooting 45 mph does anyone have ideas

Shucks that's going to be tough... I mean you might be able to prop it for that speed at WOT but once You get a skier in tow it will pull the speed down. You got a 13x13 prop now? That's usually the best all around size for performance but it tops out under 45.

Eric from OJ is a regular here and will respond to your question about props.
IMO,if you need to go 45 WITH a footer behind the boat,wouldn't an outboard be better for you?
Even with the LT1 engine,not sure you'll get 45 out of a 95 Prostar with a footer in tow...
