I see that it wasn't thrown. I'll bet it spills if that happens.

I bet if it had been thrown, it would have spilled upon impact.
or, had it fallen off of counter it would have spilled when it hit floor

but, the concept is kool
have you ever taken a 5 gallon bucket with 3 gallons of water and spun it in circle and went over your head, and never lost a drop of water....... roughly same concept, I guess.
Centrifugal force keeps the water in bucket

Kind of the same- the water bucket rotating is centrifugal force. This just uses gravity. Think of a drunk guy who falls and doesn't spill any of his drink.:friday:

Cool product. However, I did notice that they dropped it down the stairs with no Cheerios in it.

Now THAT would be an invention worth wild!!!

I'll bet that bowl stops working once the sticky residue builds up in the pivot points of the gyro mechanism. Also, I'd love to pull up to a construction site and see the guys with their gyro bowls full of nails and screws. LOL....do you think they would also have pink F-250's?

I'd like to see a gyro chair. That would eliminate falling, completely.

How far do you want to take this? (think Homer Simpson's "special" chair)

They used to make a beverage/beer can holder for boats that had the GYRO design......it was a wire cage device that had double pivots and mounted to the inside gunnel. Anyone have a pic?

Here you go: Nice This little contraption saved my butt on the river about 10 years ago. I had to cut it up to fix a broken linkage on my old Merc outboard. The Piece is still in there!
