This is a picture of my next door neighbors lakefront. He isnt the most ambitious person in the world. He spends his winters on Lake Havasu. I thought you guys might get a kick out of it.

the fact that the jet ski is still on the lift? or that the canopys are still on the lifts and in the what looks like frozen water?

I live on a channel so lifts are left in back here. The fact that they are in the water is the only thing right with it. What the hey, canopies are cheap nowadays right?

Wait until it thaws it will all be out in the lake somewhere.

On our river we only get a thin sheet of ice on the shore. 5 years ago I got lazy and left my hoist in the water not even tied up. The day before christmas I woke to see only half of the crank circle sticking out of the water. The ice carried it about 50 feet across and 50 feet out from shore. With my truck to pull it and a cold swim out to it we got it in. NEVER AGAIN I COULD OF DIED! Actually thought about letting it go. I have a pic somewhere.

Could be the wrong picture but it looks just like my next neighbors place on our lake. Heck I thought it is just the way neighbors are.

I don't see anything wrong with the pic, if the owners in Havasu he's loving the 80's we have here, and never any snow. He's in the right place :D

Unwinterized jet ski = ruined. Two canopies worth $2600 wasting away in the Icy weather. That pretty much sums it up. I bet the irrigation pump is still in that pumphouse too.

Is it because you're taking a picture of the snow and your neighbor's at Lake Havasu?

I thought maybe they left their cat in the little house by the pier. Never was good at the "Where's Waldo" game.

Throw a couple of drop-cloth's on the sides, grab the portable heater, fill up the cooler, and you can use your neighbor's lift as a fishin' shanty. That would be like a second home for the winter....
