What size foot does the XL boot fit?

I wear a 12 and it fits great. I think the tongue says 10-14 us mens.

That's a big spread. 10.5 might be swimming in it then?

it tightens down really well. I don't think that it would be to big. The length of the boot is going to be alittle long but you have to think that it doesn't fit like a tennis shoe. A binding holds your foot down to the ski. The length is not near as important as heal and top of your foot fit. It has a contoured ankle fit built in and the entire top of the binding cinches downward for a great fit. I don't think you will be unhappy with it.
