Wow that things clean!! Looks an awful lot like my 86' Didn't the outboard boats follow the Skier 19 body a couple of years past 87' when they changed the body?

I don't agree with this. That 200hp outboard will just drink gas!! I have had one. My inboard does alot better on gas.
Outboard motors offer excellent fuel efficiency without sacrificing torque!

Good question, but I thought I saw an 88' outboard that looked like my 87', or an 88'. 89', etc???? :confused:

I recently sold my BF 200 that had a carbed 200hp Yamaha Pro V engine. It was MUCH better on gas than my current 310hp TBI motor in my 205V.

The dash looks older than the 88 PS190 that I had. Also I tought that the bow air intake "scoop" was on older models too. Boat just looks to squared off for an 88. I would guess mid 80's, but just a guess. It is very clean though.

Mine's an '88 PS 190, and although a different model, I'm noticing quite a few differences between that one and mine. Mounts for the mirror, throttle, intake vents on bow, gauges, and observer seat.
There could be a few more, but those are the ones that jump out at me. It looks like an older model.
I thought they stopped using the pro comp style top deck at the end of 87.
88 and onwards used the prostar style top deck.
I thought the actual hull design was the same 84 through to 90 on the pro comp / prostar.

The outboard (Prostar 200) did not change to the same top deck as the inboards until '89.

I believe that the hull was the same 86-90.
The bad paint and Bad Boy decal are pure bad 80's!
