Gel Coat Issues

I have a 05 x-9 that has alot of "touch ups" from the factory after they pull it out of the mold. There is one that is directly under the rub rail and now it has turned into a crack that is behind the gel coat. The crack looks like something was pushed from the inside out but did not cause the crack to penetrate the gel coat. (If that makes any sense) You can see and feel the crack but it's like it's just behind the gel coat.

Since your profile does not say where you are from it is tough to point you in the right direction. It is a warranty issue that can be fixed. You dealer needs to take a digital photo and email to warranty claims at Mastercraft. It can be taken care of with no problem, based on your dealer being able to do good gelcoat.
