Hello, I just purchased my first mastercraft and it is going to need some work. The first thing I need is a trailer, I was wondering if anyone knows a suitable trailer for a 2004 Prostar 197? Thanks Jason.

Welcome to TT. I would call any local MC dealer and see if they have something.

Here's Rambos ad for used trailers.

Good luck.

there are several MC trailers on www.boattrader.com in the $3k to $5k range. do a search for MC with max price $5k.
Looks like Rambo in Alabama has a bunch for sale, like CantRepeat said.
I have seen used MC trailers on craigslist and ebay down to $800 or $1,000 but you have to be patient.

here are 2 that may work for $3,650 each.

Or go aftermarket. Boatmate comes to mind.

Thanks for the idea's and help. I am going to follow up on some of these and try to watch craigslist and Ebay also. If anyone sees something pop up somewhere I would appreciate if you keep me in mind. Thanks Jason.

Jason, found a MC trailer for $1400, however, not sure, don't think it will fit your boat. Worth checking into for the price. good luck.

PS 190 for parts, motor $500, trans $400, trailer $1400 and more
