My bears didn't win, but I didn't care too much about the other game, except I did go to University of Illinois, so Mendenhall's success was good to see for me!

Born and raised a Steelers fan. the win yesterday was exciting, but I don't follow them as much as when I was 12. Glad to see them hold on, and have success early on running the ball.

I have been a Steelers fan since Terry Bradshaw was a rookie. I remember when the Steelers were the first team to throw a pass on a first down when that was unheard of back in the day. Lynn Swan, Franco Harris, the immaculate reception. I watched it when it happened, not in some old NFL newsreels. I am glad they are in the Superbowl. But it was a good weekend. I pretty much liked every team so it was a win win situation. Just glad nothing the likes of the Saints, Panthers, or Falcons made it that far.
Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers! Lombardi trophy comes back to titletown. Great game, two great teams.

Mendenhall is a class act, I played football against him, and my friends ran track against him; I couldn't say anything but the best about the guy. The only problem I have with him is how much better of an athlete he is than I.

I hate it when that happens... Tom Brady used to be my back up at Junípero Serra High School, now I own a grocery store and he's winning NFL MVP awards. That's life I guess.:D
