Just replaced my bearings and seals, in case anyone has a 1999 MC single axle trailer: Bearing sizes are - LM67048 for the outer bearing, 25580 for the inner bearing. Seal is a 10-10 seal. Easy, inexpensive, and great peace of mind!

You listed part numbers for the bearings, but what brand are they?

I believe the bearing numbers are common industry numbers that are widely used for very common sizes. I know they work for Timken & Koyo.
The 10-10 seal is a Dexter number that is widely used number for that double lip seal. Timken uses #413470, as does National Seal.

OK, I'll add to it.
1998 Single-axle Mastercraft trailer for the Maristar 200VRS:
Axle: UFP 5200 lb Axle
Inner Outer
Spindle 1.75" 1.25"
Bearings BR25580 LM67048
Bearing cups BR25520 LM67010
Hub Seal OD 3.265" 2.328"
Bearing Buddy Model #2328
OEM Brake Backing Plates: Dico 12"x2", standard.
Brake shoes: FMSI #62
Purchased a bearing kit but dust seals were to big. I see you list 10-10 as the type of seal to purchase but any info where to purchase other than Internet (just incase fitment is an issue) or exact size of this seal? I damaged the old seal when removing it from the hub, so it's hard to tell the size. The outer diameter listed above and the timken part number listed above arent the same outer diameter size..... So?

Depending on whether the trailer was built for a lightweight boat (PS190) or a heavyweight boat (MS200/210), you may have a different axle which takes different bearings/seals.
My post has my inner and outer spindle diameters, and the inner and outer seal OD measurements. Do they match up with yours?
/frank
Trailer is holding a lightweight boat (not a 200/210).

Do you need the part number for the smaller seal?
Correct seal size and part number would be helpful. The above bearing size and seal numbers are not the same and will not work for my trailer
I do have a local napa that i can pick these up at. I called my local MC and honestly, they are clueless to knowing/finding out ANYTHING about my older 1999 boat and trailer. I Just purchased this boat and trailer and it looks as if the bearings had never been changed or repacked. Upon removal, the racers, seal bearings and bearing buddies were all seized on and stuck. The old racers look good, should i be concerned if i dont change them out and just leave them in? My old seal is damaged and correct size can not be determined. Here is what I have 1999 MC SINGLE AXLE
trailer for my 1999 sportstar. 5 lug. The bearing kit that I bought, the bearings were a perfect match, seals would not fit (to big). I also would like to know what bearing buddy to purchase because mine is seized on am I will be damaging it upon removal.
Here is what works so far.
Large bearing L68149
small bearing L44649
Inside bearing 1-3/8
Outside bearing 1-1/16
Thank you for your help

It looks like you need a 10-19 seal

Here are the common combinations:

How much too big were the seals? The seals that fit have to be driven in and can be difficult. If it isn't 1/4" or so too big, it is probably the correct seal.
Thanks, I'll try anything right now. This is such a Pain. The seal seemed to be bigger than 1/4 inch. I am ok with buying 3-4 different sizes
Just to have what I need to get this job done.
Any thoughts on the races being seized in there? They look good. Any thoughts on the
bearing buddy part number?
1980?

1980?The races are driven in and have to be driven out with a hammer and punch. You could leave them in if you had to, but I would always change them. It is a pain, but it is something you learn to do. It is always good to build your knowledge base as well.
A little tip on the installation of races and seals: Put them in the freezer for a while before installation. They will only shrink a little, but every bit helps. You can also put the hub in the oven for a while if your wife isn't home at the time.
I have no idea on the Bearing Buddy size.

The "maintenance" PDFs show the standard cones/bearings/cups/seals in use on the Axles of that era. Should help you find the right bits.

Also helps to heat the outside of the hub with a torch for removal. It will heat up more than the race making removal a little easier.

My 1999 built Maristar 230 VRS tandem trailer had an odd setup. It's got UFP brand hubs and I assume UFP spindles too. The BK2-100 kit from eTrailer has the right bearing cones (L68149/L44649) and the correct outer race (L44610) but the inner race is not correct nor is the seal. Both are too large. The correct inner race for my trailer is part #L68110 (NOT the more common L68111) and the seal is #168233 (NOT the more common 10-20 AKA 171255).
All of these parts can be found at eTrailer but not in a kit. Buying all of the parts separately added up to a decent amount more than the kits so I started looking elsewhere. I found the BK-138-116 kit from PacificTrailers.com that gives 3 options on the seal when ordering including the proper 168233. It didn't mention the race part #s so I contacted them by email and got a quick response. They actually include both the L68110 and the L68111 inner races. Their price is really good too @$10.99 per kit. I will be ordering them shortly.

Anyway, hopefully this helps someone.

I pretty much had the same issue. I ended up purcahsing about 4 different sets of seals in different sizes and the set I happened to get from my Mastercraft dealer (by luck) were the ones that were the right size.

I thought I'd report back that I got the BK-138-116 kit from PacificTrailers.com (w/ the 168233 seal option) worked fine on my 2000 (1999 built) Maristar 230 trailer.
