Slowly but surely trying to get my new 1992 prosport list of things checked off.
The perfect pass cable from the servo to the carb was snapped...no idea how.
i've purchased a new one, but after install, it's not controlling anything. The menu works, and when i throttle up i hear the beep when the target RPM is reached, but it doesn't control the speed.
Are there any pictures of the attachement point by the carb? There were some nuts on the end of the cable that seem like they should be doing something, but i have not idea what.
You all have been great so far. I'm addicted to this site.

I am an idiot. I didn't attached to L adapter. I'll try that tonight and let you all know how it worked.
Thanks again.

Make sure the knob on the servo is tight.
By that I mean that there is no slack in the cable you installed.
In that picture from the manual it says that the Throttle stop is no longer required.
I still have my Throttle stop in mine.
I took it off, but then I put it back.
With it off the PP would over run the set speed by too much.
You might want to try it both way in your boat to see witch works best for you.

I quick ran over to the boat. In neutral, the throttle cable end is on the left side of the L bracke. in order to get it in a position that i can assemble the PP cable, i have to go to almost 1/2 throttle. Is this a simple adjustment. Don't get frustrated with my incompentence.
I'm no longer at the boat, but from now on I will be sure to take a digital photo of anything i run into.

Brad,
On mine I have mounting bracket that changes the angel of both the PerfectPass cable and the throttle cable.
Here is a picture of it.
