Man, picking all the options is getting to be a task for the new X14V. I am STRESSED.

I hear from many that this Speed Adjusted Volume is nice. Does anyone on here have any experience with this?

Thanks and I promise once this drama gets over I will post pictures of it when she arrives.

Have it my X25 and really like it. It has 3 settings to adjust how much it turns up when you hit the gas. It is sweet

It's still not standard... They do pre-wire for it though so it's very easy to add after the fact (for a price, of course)

What a great idea for a boat, when you're idling to pull up a skier you want it low so you can hear the guy in the water, but once you get going you want to still be able to hear it!

It is built into the BIG there is nothing to wire. Now you may have to pay a software upgrade to turn it on.

It is not a seperate unit it is built into the BIG display. I had a aftermarket unit for an older boat I had that worked pretty well. Let me see if I can find out what it was..

I put the HSE revolution in my boat last winter. My wife loves it-especially one the two Pro 485 were added to the tower. I think MC used the HSE in first year PWT X-Stars and now have integrated volume control into the BIG as others have suggested.

Where is this setting?

If my boat wasn't in storage, I go out to play around with BIG to try to figure it out myself.

I think you go to the balast screen then hit the down arrow for settings and it is listed there. I am not sure if it is on the 2010's but my 2011 has it

I have the boost box aftermarket version and it seems to work fine, in the event yours doesn't have it already.

I'm going to try it.

Another link: http://watersportinnovations.com/products seems you need to find out if your head unit is IR compatible, they offer wired specific units.

I added one of these to my boat over the winter. This past weekend was the first time I used it. AMAZING! I would recommend to anyone. I am having to use the IR model (they don't have a clarion cmd6 compatible hardwired unit). Saves the ears, time and effort when boarding or surfing. Literally takes less than 5 minutes to install and calibrate. Great product.
