The center bilge pump runs all the time on our 04 xstar, thought it might be a stuck relay or bad switch. Cant find the relays, thought i would get some opinions on the problem. Thanks

I don't know where the relays are but checking the switch should be pretty straight forward to eliminate it as a possible source of the problem. You should be able to use a ohm meter or a test light to test the switch. I found this link that has a bunch of wiring diagrams. There are several there for the ballast system and the pump switches.....

Also found this thread on how the switch is wired. Should make it easy to eliminate or find it as the source of the problem.

Found the problem today, the float was stuck. Took it out, and after a cleaning, works like new.

My bilge pump ran all the time. Found out water got into the float switch and shorted it to on all the time. Bought a new replacement switch off the net. A lot cheaper then buying the whole pump assembly.
