You can't go wrong with a Prostar in that year range. ;)

You only have a few choices in that year range.
The Prostar 190 of that Vintage is an excellent choice for slalom skiing, tubing and can throw intermediate wakeboard wakes when weighted down. It is available only in a closed bow version.
The other choice would be a Tristar 190 or 220 or a Maristar. These are all excellent choices as well if your skiing is more geared towards a recreational level as the performance is slightly less from a wake, handling and power standpoint (in my opinion) However, these boats are available with an open bow which is attractive to those that have families. Any of these boats should provide years of family fun and can be purchased for $7000 to $11,000. Good Luck!!

Here's a good example. This is a 1990 with 130 hrs! I stopped by Pinecrest Sat and saw them getting it ready to go. Someone bought it in 1990 and kept it in storage there and rarely used it. I have never seen an older boat as clean as this one. It sold for about 12k range the day that they brought it out.

One more pic. Keep in mind I only had my pic phone so the pics aren't the best. There wasn't even one scratch or ding anywhere to be found.
