What is the difference if they have the same pitch?
I see a difference in the geometry of the blades.

Looks to me that the last prop has a lot more surface area. Should mean more power to the water. Will also cause the wake to be slightly different.

In addition to diameter and pitch there is rake and cupping. Here is a good article that explains the differences and how they affect the performance of the prop:
