Just an FYI for those out there in western Canada/Northwestern US,

The HIN is:

Original stolen case is through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Surrey BC.

Any idea where abouts in Surrey, BC?

I live in Surrey as well...we had a break in late last week in one of our cars in the driveway (boat is right beside the car), so there seems to be some problems recently with thieves. I have notified a bunch of people around the area, and will keep my eye open as well.

When was it stolen? Where abouts in Surrey was the boat located?

Hopefully this boat gets tracked down ASAP...stay in touch everyone.

Hope the boat owner gets his ride back in one piece...

For the record it's not my boat, just something that I was made aware of at work since we are in close proximity.

either way, I hope the owner gets his boat back and the thieves pay for it.

Wow, I'm just getting caught up on this thread............what in the world happened?

My question is....what do you do with a stolen boat? You can't use it because it's registered, the engine (not motor) 8p has a serial number, you could part it out....but who has ALL the parts to a 2008 X-14? Would be pretty easy to spot the seller of the parts.

Good Luck finding the boat. I have the number for a Boat PI, that works on the West Coast. PM if you want his info.
