Hey Denver area Mastercrafters, there is a 1998 Mastercraft for sale in Aurora that I am interested in. I have talked to the seller and it sounds right up my alley, but I live in Kansas City and cannot make a trip out to see it for a while. It will be gone in a few days I'm sure. I'm looking for a surrogate observer to check it out. Please contact me if your are interested. I am willing to make it worth the effort.

Just PM me if you are able to help out.

Thanks!

Greg

Anyone go see this? looks like a 205? I called and got more info, actual hours around 650, has the LT1, anyone know what trans? I have a good friend that is really interested. seems like a decent deal. I offered $7500 cash - pick it up tomorrow, I think they would of sold it if all you guys hadn't of called on it. Curious if there are any issues if someone has seen it in person.

Guys,

Thanks for the offers to help, but I am off the trail on this boat. It turns out that it is one inch too long for my home lake. Our limit is 20' 6" (which is the length of the 1994 model). The 1998 model is 20' 7". This looks to be a good deal for someone. Best of luck.

File down the rubrail or teak platform! 1/2" off the platform and 1/2" off of the rubrail and your golden!

It's the "line in the sand". There is a history where a person has bought a boat, put it on the lake, then had to remove it for 1 freakin inch! Absurd, especially since the rules allow for Pontoons of up to 28'!

But, I am going to be very happy with the 94 PS 205, so I'm not too upset.
