Oil changing time. Looking for feedback on what types/brands of Oil Extractor systems you've used and would recommend (or not recommend).

Many Thanks!!

I have a PELA PL-6000 that I purchased from Skidim. It works well on warmed oil.

I use the Jabsco Flat Tank Oil Changer System, Model# 17860-1012. Got it on a recommendation from someone here at TT. Works great, but DON'T put the tube down the dipstick tube (it will probably get stuck, necessitating the removal of the dipstick tube); I rigged up a fitting to attach it to the end of the oil drain hose attached to the oil pan. I has alligator clips to get power from the boat's battery. Great system.

Thanks y'all !!

Hrkdrivr, that's the system I decided on and purchased last week and it worked well. I went down the dipsick tube, and luckily didn't get stuck. Like you, I was thinking of adding a fitting to attach to the drain hose. No need to guess and reinvent the wheel....what did you end up using to modify the suction tube?
