Hi, been reading the forum for a while. Thought I better sign on and introduce myself. I usually ski Lake Worth in North Texas. We live on the lake so usually we do not go anywhere else. Anybody else ski this lake? We have a 1989 TriStar 190.

If the weather holds, we may go out Friday evening. We are in a red on white 1989 Tristar, no tower, boom on the side if it is smooth water. We usually are on the North side of the lake.

Was that you out there tonight along the north shoreline, west of Casino beach?

NO We dont. We just started hittin the lake this summer and usually put in under the 820 bridge and head east towards the dam. Any advice for good spots out there. I mean, usually the whole lake is smooth enough to ride on. I have a question, Is there a marina out there with a restaurant in it?

NO We usually stay east of the 820 bridge on the south shoreline. Im not very familiar with any of the lake on the west side of the bridge. Where is Casino Beach?

Casino Beach is next to the 199 Bridge, there is a public boat ramp there also. I told my kids to get their chores done quick today, I plan to come home early this afternoon so we can ski this evening. Sunset is at 7:15 pm today. Whose idea was that? I am not ready for summer to be over.

We put the boat in yesterday. Was pulling a kneeboard at 18 mph. Hit a stump. Bent the prop. I took it off today. I don't think anything else is damaged, so it could have been a lot worse. One blade seems fine, the second one is slightly bent, the third (lower right in picture) has a bigger ding in it. I noticed that the key was steel. It should be a brass key shouldn't it?

Could you feel any vibration, not much damage there.

Oh yes, there was vibration. We were done for the day. We idled back to the dock as slow as it would go. At that speed it was barely noticeable.
