If anyone wants to know NAPA stocks the 6203 sealed ball bearings of which the pump uses two for $9.99 each. so before you decide to spend $165 to $250 for a new pump do something for the enviroment and recyle your old one.

Watch out for ultra low priced, low quality no name Chinese-made bearings. I've seen 6203 sealed bearings selling for $1.75 each but I'm not sure they are much of an improvement over the trashed bearings you would be replacing. When I replaced mine I made sure to get a well known, non-Chinese brand name.

Wasn't very happy last time I got wheel bearings at a supposedly reputable trailer supply place. Only to discover they were Chinese made after I got home. They replaced ones from the same place that were from Eastern Europe some where, can't remember exactly where right now.

I hate cheap Chinese crap!

Johnson pump, and common sense comes into play when buying anything. If the price is to cheap there is probably a reason. 1st law of physics you don't get something for nothing. I would not buy bearings for $1.75 and put in anything. The ones I got were NSK and are supposed to go over 100,000 miles in a heavy truck alternator and were 1/2 price of most of the popular marine supply houses. I don't mind cheap stuff just crappy stuff, always looking for the most economical means without compromising quality.

For 9.99 you get good quality bearings, they are a common size bearing so if you pay more than that you probably get ripped off;-) I used SKF bearings in my pump.
