Is it possible to add the wake plate and surf tabs to a pre 2010 X2 or even newer one that came without them installed during manufacture?

Yes< if your question is will the hull support it. I am not sure about adding the tabs in addition to a barefoot plate(seems like a lot) but by reason swim decks were(are) added to the hull at the dealer. They just drill'em and mount'em.
