I have an 03 197 tt with a splined 14-20 ss prop. I am in the market for a spare prop and was hoping someone could point me in a direction that I wouldn't feel violated after purchasing such an item. I am actually looking for a 14-18 ss spare. Thanks for the help.

I don't have your boat but I have heard (and experienced) nothing but positive things with a CNC prop. I have the ACME and love it, have heard good things about OJ's CNC as well. You can't beat the accuracy of a computer making your prop! Talk about balanced!! :worthy:

Yeah, I'd go with CNC. Bear in mind, it won't be SS.

If you buy a SS prop.......you will be violated. :D
Sometimes you can find them on Ebay, but that is not a guarantee. Sometimes the deals show up, sometimes they don't. I chased about 3 different SS 3 blades a few years back but they all went too far north of my reserve.

I'm pretty sure we are running a 4-blade OJ and when we first used it we noticed a huge difference in performance. B

I just installed a 13x11.5 CNC OJ prop this past weekend. What a difference. Talk about smooth power, increased get up and go, and 1-2 mph on top end. I had the orginal 13x13 OJ that had been repaired couple of times.

If you do a search for "prop test" you can view the results I got from a side-by-side comparison between the OJ XMP 13x12 and the Acme 13x12.
