Greetings, as much as I love Mastercraft we are having some frustrating concerns! We have a 2010 MC X15 with the MCX motor operating the "BIG" with perfect pass. We have had nothing but problems with this boat. Started with it shaking, running rough and excessive fuel consumption. Took it to marina/dealer had them ride along to experience concern and they suggested a sprung prop? They replaced our prop to no noticed improvement. Next, we were trying to surf with port side ballast filled after tubing, skiing, and boarding all day. Motor stalled and would not restart. Marina/ dealer said they had to replace a fuel pump circuit???? They did not give any further explanation. Now we are noticing a excessive crank upon start up and when trying to pull rider out of water it will intermittently throw a service light regarding oil pressure or service engine while not allowing motor to go over 3000 rpm, but will run normal when not pulling...

This is our first Mastercraft and to say the least we have not had the best experience with this boat. Hope to have it fixed soon. Any help from Mastercraft or any other would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'd recommend expressing your concerns directly to the service manager/owner of the dealership where the boat was purchased. If you do not have satisfactory results try calling/emailing MC directly. They will however refer you back to the local dealer if you do not go that route first.

These sound to be issues that can be remedied at the dealer level.
