I have the same set up on my 98 PS190 and am using a 4 blade OJ Force prop 13X13 works really well right out of the box.

I just changed out props on my 98' PS 205. I was running an OJ 13x13 4 blade legend.(stock) We ski first, barefoot 2nd and wakeboard. I went with the 3 blade after talking with both OJ and ACME. The new CNC 3 blades have the same surface area as the older 4 blades and are more efficient for a DD with a 1:1. At least that is what I was told. I went with ACME after hearing various reports that ACME is getting better performance and durability out of their CNC product. I believe mine is the 541...13x12.5??? I am very happy with the top speed gains for footin'. I don't believe I lost any bottom, in fact I may have gained performance all around. My .02

Snobinge, I have a 96 205 and am currently running the stock 3 blade. Top speed via GPS is 42-43. What gains did you see with your new ACME 3 blade?

541 is a 13 X 12 in that brand. Our OJ 13 X 11.5 is close to the 541 in actual size.

I have a bad habbit of forgeting the gps when I go out on the boat.
What I can tell you is that I gained a solid 2 maybe 3 mph on the speedo vs. what I had been getting for the last few years with the 4 blade.

Switched from a 13x13 4 blade to a 3 blade CNC, gained a few MPH on the top end and noticeable improvement in holeshot with ~1200lbs ballast plus people.

Brat, short answer is to compare yourself and decide. Here is a link (www.tylerskiclub.com/proptest.pdf) to my comparison between the 541 and the XMP 13x12. As Eric mentioned, he recommended the 13x11.5 as a more comparable prop. My father in law has an XMP 12.5x12 on his 98 205. It is a very nice prop as well, but I haven't really compared it to the acme or the 3 blade OJ on his boat.
