I really doubt that they were doing shady things there. Mike is one of the most stand up guys and will take responsibility when needed. I know a few reasons why things happened with the new owners but i cannot say.

Mike had not had an ownership interest in the dealership for some time when things started to move in a different direction. People speak very highly of Lee.
