Where do you all keep your boats in storage up that way? Been thinking about it for a while and think maybe this winter might just go ahead with it. Have an 02 x star and don't wanna have to put the tower down? Also if you do t mind what do you pay and where do you like to put in at??

Hey good to see some chl peeps on here. I operate off of a houseboat at hurricane so I put in there. The storage between hurricane and the interstate is highly reccommended. Boats fit in with tower up. The taylors run it and they are the former MC dealer in nashville and are reopened as MC dealer for center hill. Shoot me a pm alwaya happy to get together with other mc owners!

But why oh why would you hang at the "other" side of the lake? :)
I kept my boat at Greg's storage place on 56 that Sham mentions and it is good. I now keep it at hurricane with my other boat.

SG, contact details you were after:
Greg Taylor
Aqua Sport Marine
6580 Smithville Hwy
Silver Point, TN 38582
931.858.2782
greg@centerhillboats.com
As Sham noted, Greg operates the storage facility right down the road. Stored my boat there a couple winters- don't remember what I paid sorry man.
Worth mentioning that it's great to have these guys back on-line...top-notch customer service.
Bumped into Greg picking up a few parts last Friday...mentioned locating "new" dealership right off Hwy 40 via the Gallatin Exit. Apparently, the store front literally right off the Smithville exit is only temporary.
Good luck.

Edgar Evins and Raccoon hollow are the other end of the lake? Hell, it's only 10 minutes from Hurricane..we are at Raccoon for morning ski runs and Hurricane for evening drinks!

Are you hiding out too? Come on up. Details are available. It's a semi-formal party... an annual gather of the such.
You young guys should have seen Center Hill 30 years ago before the illegals got there. Man was it ever nice to have the place to one's self.

Indeed. They are hermits... :D
I used to run up from Cookeville Dock to Racoon every day to get in a run.
You too are welcome to join in on our annual event. It will be # VI. Several of the TeamTalkers will be there from around the southeast US.

...and if you came from Cookeville you passed a ski course in Mine Lick that is way closer..lol..I know. I helped put it in the first year it existed. Too tight in the back for a turn-around when the water is down and too many rollers come down the cove.
There's not one inch of Center that I have not set boat on. Lived there for 17 years after I graduated from Tech.
You should consider joining us up on Racoon for a weekend. Let's see, I know Skidog and Trickskier and Volfan, and JohnE, and a few others that elude me, will be coming in for the weekend.

CHL was way better 17 years ago when I started going there and I still like the old Huricane dock better. Shall we say ... "rustic".

Heard that on the roller comment ... we had some idiot in a X45 go thru 4 times last saturday. But I was up there all week and there was no one there.
No idea why but I always go to the other end of the lake ... habit i guess
