View Full Version : Holley Marine 4160 Question

In the picture below what is the brass nipple for? It is pulling vacuum but not sure if it is suppose be be hot air choke or for vacuum gauge or just need to be capped off. (Picture below is from holley site, not exact carb but the choke and nipple location are the same)

Are you sure that is a marine 4160? I see several other vacuum ports which make me question if is a marine version.

It's the air inlet to the choke coil housing. There is a filter in there that can get clogged.
