I recently purchased a 1989 Prostar 190. This is my first Mastercraft and I love the boat. There are some parts I am trying to find and was wondering if anyone can offer some help. I need a stern navigation light. The speedometers dont work. Is there a horn? Thanks in advance for your help. I live North of Chicago and the boat is in southeast wisconsin.
Thanks

Good place to start is skidim.com. And yes, there should be a horn.

This will probably be hard to do without being near the boat, but here is some troubleshooting for the speedometer issue. You might first verify that everything is still connected. On mine, I had several disconnects, so my speedos did not work when I bought my '89. First check that the pitots on the stern are not plugged ( a small drill bit run at slow speed can draw out any crud that is in there, but don't drill a new or bigger hole). Then check that the tubing from the pitot up to the speedometers is still connected. If your '89 is like mine, you have brass equalizer tubes in the sidewall just forward of the gas tank (you'll have to remove the rear seat to access them). Make sure that your connections are good on both ends of the equalizer tubes. Then make sure that the tubing is still connected at the speedo itself. You can try blowing air through the system, but don't blow compressed air into the speedo as you can damage it.
Good luck! Post some pics when you get a chance!

Skidim.com should have everything you need. I just restored a 88 190, which is practically the same. So any questions feel free to ask.
